Welcome to Odho Dev. These Terms of Service explain the conditions for accessing our website and using our restaurant website rental, online ordering, hosting, and related digital services.
By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About Odho Dev
Odho Dev is a Pakistan-based digital solutions business founded by Abdul Basit Odho. We provide restaurant website rentals, online food ordering solutions, website hosting, management dashboards, and mobile application development services.
2. Services
Our services may include:
- Restaurant website rental and development
- Online food ordering systems
- Restaurant management dashboards
- Website hosting and subdomains
- Website maintenance and technical assistance
- Custom mobile application development
Features depend on the selected subscription plan or separately agreed project scope.
3. Subscription Plans and Payments
Odho Dev offers the following website rental plans:
- Starter Plan: PKR 5,000 per month
- Business Plan: PKR 7,000 per month
- Starter Annual Plan: PKR 54,000
- Business Annual Plan: PKR 75,600
Annual plans include a 10% discount compared with twelve monthly payments.
Applicable subscription fees, billing schedules, renewal conditions, and any additional costs will be communicated before purchase.
4. Website Hosting and Domains
Website hosting is provided through our hosting infrastructure, including Hostinger.
Customers may use an available Odho Dev subdomain or connect their own domain.
Custom domain registration and renewal charges are separate unless expressly included in a written agreement.
5. Website Rental and Ownership
Odho Dev provides websites under a rental or subscription model.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the underlying software, website templates, and proprietary platform components remain the property of Odho Dev or their respective licensors.
Customers retain ownership of their own business names, logos, original content, and data, subject to applicable third-party rights.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate restaurant information, maintaining current menu prices, managing their orders, and ensuring the legality of products and services offered through their websites.
Customers must not use Odho Dev services for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
7. Technical Support
Technical support and maintenance are provided according to the customer’s subscription plan.
Odho Dev aims to maintain reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or immediate resolution of every technical issue.
8. Cancellation and Suspension
Customers may request cancellation by contacting Odho Dev.
Cancellation notice requirements, refunds, access after cancellation, and the handling of customer data will follow the terms communicated at subscription purchase or in a separate written agreement.
Services may be suspended for unpaid charges, serious misuse, or security risks, subject to applicable law and contractual notice requirements.
9. Third-Party Services
Odho Dev may use third-party hosting, analytics, email, and other technology providers.
Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Odho Dev is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from interruptions, third-party failures, customer misuse, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when our services, business practices, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page.
